    • Instrumented the system with OpenTelemetry + Grafana, focused on the scraping error rate — silent failures became a live dashboard.
    • Replaced failure alerts that spammed devs and the company board by email with friendly, actionable Telegram notifications.
    • Added uptime alerting: a server going down used to go unnoticed — now it surfaces immediately.

    Real-time monitoring for industrial machinery and power-generation equipment such as diesel generators.

    • Streamed live telemetry to the UI over WebSockets for true real-time monitoring.
    • Consumed client telemetry from Azure Service Bus, synced into Redis for fast reads.
    • Owned the CI/CD pipeline: lint, format and type-check quality gates, then automated container image publishing to Azure.

    Early-stage SaaS I'm building from scratch — I own the stack and every architecture decision end to end.

    • Modular monolith: a core module owns the technical plumbing (database, Redis) and cross-cutting domain (authn/authz), while feature modules hold the business domain — infrastructure never leaks into domain logic.
    • Ports & Adapters at the infrastructure layer, so a concrete adapter (storage, broker, provider) can be swapped without touching services or domain.
    • Async pipeline on RabbitMQ + FastStream for embedding generation and email, keeping slow work off the request/response path.
    • Access control enforced in the application layer through Policy classes rather than Postgres RLS — keeps tenant rules versioned, testable and explicit in code.
    • End-to-end observability with OpenTelemetry + Grafana: traces, spans, logs and metrics from day one.
